Sunrise Session - Barcelona

Show Up! The conscious community initiative! Come and enjoy a movement and breathwork session at sunrise with likeminded people then join for a cold dip and coffee. Get all the energy you need for another great week with our mid-week pick-me-up & make sure to check the weather to bring appropriate clothing!

After the practice we will head to La Cala in Barceloneta to connect over a cup of coffee.
